Comments:
10x400 on the indoor track today. supposed to hit between 65 and 67 for all of them, with 1:30 rest. was more or less right on for the first 6-7, but then tanked quickly and intensely. and hit the last 3 in 75, 73, and 70. this was actually the worst i've felt during a workout in a long time, and had the spins for the last 3 intervals and for about 20 minutes after the workout ended. not really sure what the deal was, but this workout really kicked my ass. did med ball abs afterwards, which were just awesome in every way.
