Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran with Tyler, Amory, and two other St. Albans boys. Pace was quick at first, when we started at 7:15 (it was downhill) and then worked down to a 7:34. Lower legs (like ankles, feet, and lower calves) hurt the most today.
The knee, like always, was very on an off with moments of lots of pain.
Since the pace was quick, we ended up back at the ground earlier than expected (below 30 mins when it was supposed to be a 35 minute run) so I did a loop around the grounds where I eventually ran into Mark, Nathaniel, and Caleb who made for a pleasant end of run group.
Before the run, like most days, I did 2 hours of workout stuff with Kevin Jackson where we've been focusing on my back (which has been in a lot of pain recently) and right leg (where I had surgery).
Following the Kevin workout I did the core club core workout which was not fun.
