Comments:
After the 3 mile warm up, we ran two laps around the outside + a lap with 300 easy jog and 100 hard. Before the hard intervals, Dave had us run 2 laps at a moderate pace around the outside of the track. We ran intervals around 150 meters today. First set of 5 was to the beginning of the benches and were a little longer then 150m and a little short of 176 yards. Second set of 5 was a little short of 150. Recovery jog across the field after each one, and a lap jog after the first set.
