Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran a new loop with some variations from my plan: 39th to Nebraska, but instead of taking that to Connecticut, I wiggled my way on Grant and 38th for a bit. Once on Connecticut, to make the run slightly more interesting and in the spirit of yesterday's run, I decided to turn off once I saw 5 taxis. Surprisingly, that took all the way from Fessenden to Yuma. Turned at Yuma and made my way back via Reno. Then, my sister joined me for 17 minutes because she's motivated to get in shape for 7th grade xc that she's doing in the fall. We were significantly slower than my alone part of the run, but she did quite well. I made her push two hills that were a block each and was very impressed with her effort! Nice to have a companion too. :)

I'm really surprised that the first part was that fast because it didn't feel that way to me, but I think maybe I'm more in shape than I think and things just don't feel as hard anymore??? I triple checked the mapping...
