Set my alarm for 6:30 like yesterday to avoid the heat but ended up hitting snooze enough times that I ended up waking up at 10. When I finally got up it was way to hot to run so I decided to give aqua jogging a try. I don’t know if I was I was doing it right but it was not fun. Got through ten minutes with 2 pick ups and gave up. Never again.
Didn’t want to have only 5 days this week so I hit the stationary bike for around 35 minutes. AC was broken so maybe running outside would have just been the best option.
