Halo

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran on Canal after driving a little further up than I usually run to. This made for a pleasant run. It wasn't too humid or hot yet. There was a nice mist on the canal so that when the sun poked through the trees, there was a brilliant golden light. These appeared in beams and as one big yellow mess when there were no trees. Still very pretty. Felt good. This week was a little lower than it should have been, but oh well.
