Weather: Very cold in the morning
Comments:
Poor run. Planned to do 6km but stopped sooner. Just didn't feel right after 2km and ran / walked the next 3km before pulling in. It might be because I was up from 03h15 to work or did the unusual thing of eating before the run, but overall just wasn't feeling it today.
