Weather: Still cold but slightly more comfortable than earlier in the week.
Comments:
Although still not where I would like it to be, this was a much better run than Tuesday, when I couldn't even finish what I wanted to do. Felt a little fat and slow today, but was no means my worst run ever. Need the improvements to start rapidly now - July has been a pretty awful month for running.
