Comments:
Really didn't feel super great on the way out. But on the way back I was just kinda wanted to speed up so I did. Last mile probably around 6:30 and it felt really good.
Thoughts on 23. Really excited about this past year. Was in a very different, less positive place last year. I feel more consistent with running, liking the job and out of a relationship that was a big source of stress and anxiety in my life. I'm excited for the future.
