Weather: Cold at the start, but ideal running conditions
Comments:
Rather surprisingly, given my complete lack of decent training for 2 weeks, I have a lovely run and probably my best run of the year to date. Best 21km by nearly 2 minutes for 2019 and finally broke the 2:40 mark. Now to work towards 2:35!
