Comments:
Track work; left at 4:30pm and ran to track with plan to do 6x800s. After warm-up mile, I didn't feel like stopping and starting 6 times, so I morphed into 3x1600s - Tara's beloved mile repeats. Came in below target time of 7min on each, so the new baseline for speed work is 6:45/mi, maybe even 6:40/mi. Ran a 400 between repeats (about 2:30).
