Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Chest day. First workout before work. Woke up @ 5:33am, began lift at 6:15am, did not have time for abs. Finished lift @ 7:46am. Arrived at work 8:38am. Would have been on time but ankle cut held me up. Arriving at the gym @ 5:45am is ideal...ran 3 miles warm up. Take that into consideration when planning time to arrive
