Comments:
Treadmill run. Intervals with .25 mile recovery in between, mile 1(6:54), mile 2 (6:49), mile 3 (6:44) mile 4 (6:49), .5 mile (6:40).

This was a hard/comfortable run, was not able to do the mile (mile 5) at a full length.
