VO2 max test and easy run

Weather: muggy inside, 60 and shirtless outside

Comments:
Had to do a stress/VO2 max test to clear myself for regular training again, very weird experience, all I can remember is that I worked up to 6.5mph on a 25% grade. It was like running up the dip for ten minutes. Wasn't as bad as I was expecting though. Ran an NIH loop when I got home, felt meh, legs were understandably shot on every hill.
