Thorah Island Day Three: Mediocre

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Procrastinated the run all day which also mean I wasn’t watching the food I ate throughout the day. Ended up eating like 6 slices of pizza for lunch and you already know what that does to you a run.
Anyways, did a loop around the island but I was with my cousins dog who couldn’t really handle the pace so we weren’t going quite at the pace I wanted. He kept slowing and running way behind me and then sprinting ahead me and dragging me along by the leash. Could never settle into a pace. Once I finished the loop, I dropped him off at the house and continued on with the next loop. Didn’t make it very far before the pizza came into play. Slowed down some more and told myself that it’s ok to have an easy day every once and awhile.
My shin and knee were particularly bad today but I did a long stretch today so hopefully it gets better.
Pace was all over the place and could never settle in. Breathing was fine and when I finished I wasn’t even breathing out of my mouth. Legs were a little more heavy than normal though. Getting tired of this loop I have to do over and over again though.
