Thorah Island Day Four: Biking

My legs and shin were hurting yesterday so today I decided to bike. Ended up being a lot harder than I thought because the island road is all dirt and rocks so it was essentially mountain biking but harder. They put new rocks on the road that made it impossible to go the speed I wanted so my legs were burning from the beginning.
Did four loops around the island which is getting really mentally hard.
Legs felt like bricks at the end despite fairly slow pace
