Thorah Island Day Five: A Bad Easy Day

Woke up this morning feeling good and ready to do a workout. Got about 5 minutes into the regular loop and my Achilles’ tendon started giving me trouble. On top of that my legs were really heavy from the biking. Breathing wasn’t doing great either.
Decided about 2 miles in that the workout was not happening and so I did the full loop at a very slow pace and treated today as a very easy day which I haven’t had in a while. (Was going slow to begin with because I was doing an out and back).
Finished the first lap feeling like absolute garbage despite the extreme slow pace. Couldn’t only do 5km so I exitended and did half of the second loop and ended with around 5 miles slowing down as I continued.
Not a great day, hopefully I can do the workout tomorrow and feel better.
