All leg exercises, fol by 120 inclined sit ups. 5 X 15 no pin quad machine, 5 X 15 Hamstring machine. Doubles and two sets of the left leg only lift and hold. 30 stairs steps, 30 Ball on the wall, 4 X 15 sets of side lifts, 6 X 15 Lat pulldown 45 and 60 #. No discomfort afterwards or during.
