Exercise Type: Elliptical

Comments:
After getting back from the 5k race, I was getting tight, so I thought I better do something else, but I needed to get off of my feet to give the shins a break. Lifted upper body and then got in 3 miles on the ellip. Good pace, but kinda short. I was tired and short on time. I showered and then help Coach First move into his apartment. That was a workout in itself. Ï think I'll take tomorrow off and play golf.
