Weather: hot again, 80s and ridiculously humid

Comments:
ran the first four with this girl i ran with a bit in high school. she is super nice and i hadnt really gotten to see her too much this summer so it was pretty enjoyable.

while i was waiting for chelsea this random guy finished his run and started talking to me. as it turns out he runs for lindenwood, which is NAIA so we talked about how Malone dominated everyone last season. hahaha yeah so that was it i think.
