Comments:
Warm up 15 mins of easy running, dynamic stretches, drills and 4 x 100yrd stride outs.
Run 3 minutes up hill at a reasonably hard effort. Jog down 2 mins.
Repeat for 3 total reps.
Cool down 20 mins jog and static stretch to finish.
