Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Run around my neighborhood in the evening. I was pretty stiff after yesterday's run so I made it a point to go super easy today. Naturally I picked it up but it wasn't anything crazy. Not as humid as last night. Good solid run. Can't go to Holmdel tomorrow, but I'm sure the team will have a killer workout. Goal of the workout is to get familiar with the start and the finish. Holmdel is all about the beginning, as you don't pass many people after the first mile. Once you hit the woods you pretty much hold your position to the finish. If we want to make it to the big show we need to be familiar with these aspects of the course.
