Weather: Freezing and raining

Comments:
Was thinking about running a bit further, but the knee was hurting some and with the cold the drinking fountains were turned off...guess I will need to carry my water throughout the winter. I wonder how I would do at a longer distance. I may try for 6 or more on a treadmill in the next days if possible. Physical therapy appt. is for Friday. Should probably wait till then.
