Weather: Cool but ideal running conditions
Comments:
August has been my worst training month in a long time. Back spasms all week have prevented me from running and just 20m into this race, I knew that I couldn't run it, so walked it I did. Very short route, but what can we do? Had a good walk, all things considered. However, there is a question mark over my participation in the Cape Town Marathon now.
