Comments:
Long run up to 15 this morning our on east blvd. to Bratenahl, and then back on MLK. Turned back at 7.7 out but ended up being a bit short. 7.8 would cover it.
Legs were really tired but i made it through. Consistency with the mileage. Whew! 60 miles in.
