Comments:
First half was around 6:55 min/mile pace. The next 3 miles was right around 7:05 min/mile pace. The next 3 miles was at an average of 6:42 min/mile pace with a 6:35 mile within. I struggled in the last 4 miles and averaged around 6:50 min/mile pace. I was sore during these miles.
