Got up early to run with Anthony for the last time this summer. Was good to catch up about camp, the team and it's promise for the season and to chat about my plans for training over the next couple of months. Personally felt mediocre, a little like the past runs have felt. Hopefully nicer weather at the end of the week will help on that front.
