Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I convinced myself to get to bed on time last night rather than squeezing in a run by promising myself I'd run first thing in the morning, in addition to the BAA workout in the evening. Glad I did. Turns out that the 9 or 10-minute pace I thought I was going was actually a 7:31, finishing off with a 6:51 for the last mile without even trying to go fast. Cool! Perhaps I'm not as out-of-shape as I thought.
