Lunch run

Comments:
short lunch run. Relatively cool outside but still sunny. Nice way to break up the day for sure.
Legs still feeling a little bit sore mostly quads and calves/lower legs.
4x100 striders (slightly uphill) first felt not great but worked into them nicely.
light core and good stretching.
