Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I told myself to go to bed on time last night with the promise that I'd make up the run in the morning. This is the second week I've done this and in some ways, it's worked pretty well. I think I'm peppier and fresher than I would be on Monday, and it doesn't seem to affect my workout Tuesday night. I decided to push the pace for the middle miles and it turned out to be a pretty strong run, even in the miles when I wasn't constantly trying to pick it up. My fastest mile around the pond was 6:30. Also, for the second week in a row I saw what I think is an owl nesting in a tree. So cool!
