Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First long run of the fall. I think I'll do one of these every week, increasing by a mile or a half mile per week depending on how I feel. Probably slower rate of increase as I get past 10 or so miles. Today started not great-- it was 80 degrees, but definitely got better at the end. For the last mile and a half, I was trailed by 2 runners, probably Carleton people, but I managed to hold them off, so that made me happy. That's the funny thing about running here, is that most other runners are faster than me.
