Shakeout before the showdown

I decided to run inside today because I only ran fifteen minnutes so I didn't see the point to going outside. I ran around the indoor track backwards to go easy on my foot. Felt pretty good the whole time but I ran really slow. Foot didn't bother me much and when I did strides in spikes afterwards I didn't notice it at all. Definitly will be asking for the Nike Victorys for Christmas as my feet feel amazing in them. Ran a 33 second 200 too just to see how that pace feels. Not too bad. I'm ready for tomorrow.
Assorted streaches afterward. No abs or pushups so I'm fresh for the showdown.
