Comments:
Coached 8 races on a hot, dry, dusty day. Only jogged the first loop with the team and, as usual, didn't get much hard running at this meet, yet jogging around on my feet from 11:30-6:30 left me feeling pretty tired. Feet were extremely achy all night and into the next morning and chaffing was horrendous.
