Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
The first 6.5 miles started at about 7:30 min/mile, then, dropped to 6:35-6:45 min/mile. The second half of the run was easy, between 8:30 and 9:00 min/mile because I ran with David and Duncan from the FFC/T2 marathon team. I felt pretty good, actually. Did the recovery boots at night.
