2.5 up, 5x alum, 2.5 down.
Target pace of 5:50-5:55.
Honestly, this felt pretty easy. Didn't really breathe hard at all, and felt focused and relaxed the entire time. The pacing got a little weird on a few of them and I tried to stay consistent but things got a little out of hand on the third and last one. It happens. Glad that I felt good after last week's abysmal workout and this is a good confidence boost for Paul Short!
