Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Short run before a 15 min yoga session. Feeling a bit overwhelmed by the number of things I want to do but at the same time calm. There's a small part of me. A part that is slowly getting stronger that feels still in the storm. I'm meeting with Naoko tonight and am saving myself for dinner at the cafe upstairs. I don't necessarily like the cafe compared to the soba place, but I like the atmosphere for studying a little bit more. My appetite seems smaller than before with this sickness. I think I'm losing a little bit of weight which I'm excited about and I want model abs. But I'm also thinking too much about it. I keep checking my stomach and that's not super healthy. I'd much rather spend my time doing other things. Let's keep on keeping on. Read books, study hard, learn to be a calm woman in the middle of the storm.
