Weather: 35 degrees. clear and sunny. 8am Start.
Comments:
10k race in Central Park. Verrrrrrrry cold, but we warmed up rather quickly. I ran with Sally, and gently pushed her along to a new 10k PR!! running in the sun was quite nice, but it cold very quickly when running through the shadows. A nice eay run for me today.
