Ok so this was a miserable day. 47 and a steady rain. So I did a workout today. 6x8 at 10k which was a guesstimated pace. Think it could have been a little faster. Had a few cramps and generally felt bad, but pushed myself to finish. 3:22, 3:36(uphill), 3:15(downhill), 3:18, 3:24, 3:25.
