Comments:
Ran up the hill today which was really good. I didn't cough so much so I can feel myself slowly getting better. The less stress you put in your life the better your health is. I put in 35 minutes which I'm happy about. I'm currently working on reducing the layer of fat stuck to my skin around my middle. That's my goal, but reaching that goal depends largely on how much I focus on good dietary practices, stress relief and light/consistent/wholistic/exercise. It's not about pushing harder, it's about working smarter. Feeling happy about life. Thanks for the good vibes world.
