Comments:
Same group. Out on tempo loop, felt pretty good. Legs were a bit tired but breathing was real easy. On the 800s I felt relaxed, and actually felt like my turnover was decent on the 4s. Legs are tired now after a fifteen mile day, but I'm really satisfied with this workout. It's probably the hardest one we've done this season and it went a lot better than I was expecting.
