Meant to run more but my initial evening plans to run w/ Julia Ernst fell through when we got stuck at work and then in traffic. Managed to squeeze in 15 minutes of running prior to meeting someone for bouldering in the North End. Ran up to Bunker Hill to scout out a route for a possible hill workout. I felt good. Finally, my Tuesday light run and Wednesday day off seem to have cured me of the soreness that's been dogging me for the last 7 days.
