Comments:
I left my house for a run, ran down a hill, realized I was cold, ran up the hill and got a sweatshirt. I ran around my neighborhood. It felt good to get out and run after the race but my legs still felt tired and my calves were sore. I stretched them and they feel better now I think.
I ran for 30 minutes
