CCT workout

Workout today!! We went to a park near the capital crescent trail I don’t know which one. I feel like I need to start paying more attention to streets and parks that we go to because I keep getting lost while driving and my sense of direction is very very bad. Anyway we did warm ups and split into our groups, I was with “big group number 1” with Annie, Ken, Seth, Adam, Nate, Charlie and Noah. I think that’s everyone. We were doing 3 one mile pickups with 2 minute jogs in between on the capital crescent trail. I think we were a little conservative on our first mile because we were kind of talking a little bit during it. But Anthony joined in on the second mile and we picked up the pace a little bit. That second mile was uphill so it was already harder. It was hard but not impossible and I almost caught a leaf during it but Anthony reached out a grabbed it. The third one was downhill and a little easier but it was still hard. Then we did a 200 which I don’t have the time for.

First mile: 6:24
Second mile: 6:27
Third: 6:10? Maybe less I’m not sure

I really liked this workout and it made me very excited for third battle and the rest of the season!!
