Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Windy day and the leaves were falling abundantly. However, they were blowing too quickly for me to catch more than one (or else my reflexes just aren't up to the task). My legs feel heavy and weary, though there's no particular muscle group that's tight or sore and my breathing is fine. On the whole, it was a rather demoralizing run since I feel run down and was going pretty slow. Still, the fall scenery was gorgeous.

I think I need to do something different running-wise to lift my spirits. Maybe a change of scenery would help.
