Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Accidental 4 mile warmup since womens soccer had a game so I had to extend the warmup to the middle school track so that was a bummer.
workout was 4x30 strides then 12x200 @ 800m pace with 200 jog.
spiked up for 7-12. Splits:

34.4, 34.8, 34.2, 33.9, 34.8, 35.7, 33.7 (spikes),33.8, 34.6, 33.6, 34.2, 34.7, 34.0
Sort of found a rhythm here which was good. pace felt a little foreign and legs were a little cold. But it was a good effort. The 200 jog rest was enough to keep the effort hard the whole way but enough rest to hit the intervals hard.
