Comments:
Sub tempo run. 1 warm-up, 8 miles in 48:19. 1 down. Felt awesoooooome. Little sluggish at the beginning, but slipped into a groove my 2nd 4 mile loop though and was just cruisin'. Got thundered on a bit.
