Comments:
Went over to the Cape Road for this one. It's a pretty tough road that is mostly dirt and has a series of hills that are nasty.

5x5:00 at 10-k effort with 30 seconds easy, then 45 seconds hard with each 15 seconds getting faster. Then 2:30 jog rest. Felt really good and am glad I waited until today to run the workout. Another couple of weeks until I'm back in good form, but I was pretty happy with todays session and getting some extra rest during this training plan has really helped.
