Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Jersnt and I ran for a while. Saw a beautiful sunrise (or post-sunrise glow) from the top of Prospect Hill. Afterwards I ran a 5k. Cause why not. I was faster than last week. Because there was a track. I was not as fast as I hoped. Because there were no other people. Tracks + competition make you go fast.
Then I ran some more. The universe showed me some things. I became enlightened. I feel like through my use of short abrupt sentences and very random transitions I am channeling my inner Abby Murphy. The running-logger, not the Auger Bit editor. We should all channel our inner Abby Murphy.
I did not catch a leaf :( But that's okay. I don't know what to do with my hands when I'm running.
