Weather: Last shorts day!
Comments:
This was not good. Ran the first 5k of my 10k and was in some strong pain, especially cramps and calf issues, so I cut it there. Was a little slow in the third mile because of the pain, but other than that pace was fine. That said, I reconsidered my race on the way back and might make some changes to the plan. We'll see. Also smelled horrific-- real bad turkey day.
Seems like people generally ran pretty well today. Can't wait to see what's to come!
