Cross Training Early

I'm enjoying this cross training thing because it gets me up early to go with Tim Smith. Elipticaled again today but on a different machiene this time. That one went a lot better and I definitly worked hard enough for a good effort which was good. Sweated a lot and was pretty cold after. Didn't really talk to Drew or Tim Smith cuz they were behind me. I hummed Christmas carols though which was nice. I wish the snow would have stayed from yesterday.
Static 3 and Ibis with 15 pushups before lifting
Hurdle drills and Hip circles after.
3x15 dips before bed
Slept 7.5 to 8 hours
